I am lucky enough to live within a stones throw of the best mountain walking, scrambling and rock climbing in the UK. I like nothing better than a day out in the hills or a climb in the sun. I get a great buzz out of introducing people to climbing and the beauty of Snowdonia and North Wales. My passion for climbing has taken me across the UK and the globe - New Zealand, Europe and most recently the USA.

I hold the Mountaineering Instructors Award (MIA), which is the highest qualification for summer mountaineering in the UK and the Winter Mountain Leader Award, which allows me to lead groups winter hill walking and teach basic winter skills.

	I am lucky enough to live within a stones throw of the best mountain walking, scrambling and rock climbing in the UK. I like nothing better than a day out in the hills or a climb in the sun. Find out about my top ten mountaineering moments.	View Larger Map I am based just outside Llanberis, which is ideally situated close to the amazing mountains and crags of Snowdonia and North Wales. On the first day of a course I will arrange a convenient meeting place with you - this depends on where you are staying and the venue for the day. I can also run courses further a field - such as El Chorro, Spain - if required.

My Courses

All my courses are tailored to your needs so whether you have never set foot in the mountains before or you are an experienced climber I can provide the instruction and coaching you need. Before you book on we can discuss you previous experience, your expectations and what you want to achieve and put together a program for you. At the end of your course I hope that you will be inspired to improve further, know what the next step is for you and have the confidence to get out there on your own.
