Spanish Sport Climbing Holidays Tired of the incessant rain and gale force winds? Why not escape to the sunny south of Spain for a week of sport climbing in El Chorro. I can run courses from The Olive Branch (see below) for complete beginners to those who are looking to improve their sport climbing techniques and strategies. El Chorro is a fantastic location: it is less than an hours drive from Malaga, which is served by low cost airlines, it has a great variety of climbing styles across the grades and best of all it is very sunny all year round! There is also fantastic walking and mountain biking if you need a climbing rest day.

         
Accommodation - The Olive Branch
Situated just minutes from the nearest crag The Olive Branch is a great place to stay and is run by ex-pats Gary and Mel. They offer a variety of accommodation options which you can check out on their website. Best of all, after a hard, hot day on the crag you can come back and relax in the pool and enjoy a fine bottle of Rioja or listen to some of Gary's stories over a game of pool.
